Purpose

This Order aims to regulate the regime to grant subsidies intended for the 2006 exercise for programmes which, inserted in an archive system project, suppose implanting and/or consolidating their own archive system, or drawing up projects to equip their own archive system. Programmes to be run either by a local entity, including both municipalities and territorial entities smaller than municipal, or by a supra-municipal local entity.

Recipients

Territorial entities smaller than municipal and the supra-municipal local entities from the Basque Country Autonomous Community.

250,000 euros

Documentation to be provided

a) Detailed report contemplating the objectives, activities, deadlines, detailed budgets and justification of the programme or project which is presented.
b) Description of the archive premises and identification of the stores (both from own origin and other) conserved in the archive service in compliance with annexe I of this Order.
c) A list of any other grants which have been requested from public or private entities for the same purpose, as well as their status (denied, awaiting resolution, awarded and amounts). In the event of not having requested any other grant, a declaration document that no other grants have been requested for this purpose.
d) Sworn declaration or supervisor intended to accredit that the possible physical or legal persons benefiting from the grants regulated in this bid are not involved in any sanctioning procedure for reasons of sexual discrimination under the Gender Equality Law.

Requests can be presented either directly or by any of the means given in Law 30/1992, dated 26th November. In the event that the requesting entities choose to present their request at the Post Office, they will do so in an unsealed envelope so that the request form can be sealed by the Post Office worker before certifying it.
