Purpose
Granting subsidies to develop these Programmes, involving non public archive documents, archive stores and collections of documents which form part of the Basque People’s Document Heritage, which aim to:Recipients
The physical and legal persons who are non public owners of archive documents, archive stores and collections of document integrating the document Heritage of the Basque People, are susceptible to benefit from the subsidies established in this Order, in compliance with what is established in article 55 of Law 7/1990, dated 3rd July.

Documentation to provide
In the event that the request was made by a physical person:
a) Photocopy of requesting person’s ID card (DNI)
b) Descriptive report for each Programme to be run.
c) Budget for each Programme presented for grants.
d) Accreditation certification proving that they are up to date with taxation obligations.
e) Documentation to release payments or documentation to be provided by people who are not registered in “Data record/interested third party": “data record/interested third party” form, according to the model in Annexe I of this Order.
In the event that the person making the request is a legal person, in addition to the aforementioned documentation in sections b), c), d), and e) of number 1 in this article, the following:
a) Accreditation documentation for the person making the request, providing for this purpose, a copy of the constitution document or, when appropriate, Regulation Statutes, and when appropriate, accreditation of their inscription in the corresponding Records.
b) Photocopy of the ID card (DNI) for the physical person signing the request, who exerts legal representation for the legal person and accreditation of the power of representation which they exercise.
c) Accreditation certification proving that they are up to date with Social Security obligations.
In addition to the documentation indicated in previous points, the requesting parties should provide a list of any other grants which have been requested for each Programme presented for subsidies, the public or private entities where they have been presented, as well as their status (denied, awaiting resolution, awarded and amounts). If not, a document declaring that no other grant has been requested for each Programme presented for subsidy.

Place to present requests
Gobierno VascoRequests can be presented either directly or by any of the means given in Law 30/1992, dated 26th November. In the event that the requesting entities choose to present their request in a Post Office, they will do so in an unsealed envelope so that the request form can be sealed by the Post Office worker before certifying it.
